Program Overview

This 24-month program will immerse young talents in an accelerated learning environment combining on job training, diverse projects, personalized mentoring as well as engagement. Our aim is to groom future managers to drive our business forward. Hence, we offer you opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience across various departments with exposure to various business functions.


Assist to monitor portfolio companies and the corresponding industries
Assist to prepare reports and documents
Strength knowledge and professional skills throughout on-the-job training and coaching
Job rotation across different business units and regions (subject to training arrangement), alongside exciting and challenging career development opportunities
Develop practical experience in the industry
Handle ad hoc tasks as required

University graduates with less than two years’ working experience from any disciplines; fresh graduates will be considered too
Have a keen interest to join the Air-Conditioning industry
Self-motivated, hardworking & willing to learn
A fast learner and good team player
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive and able to work under pressure
Good command of Cantonese and English. Japanese is preferable
