• Responsible for daily sales operation & product marketing of HVAC, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry
• Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goal. Achieve business sales target with growth expectation.
• Develop Key Customers connection including contractors, consultants, end users or relative parties
• Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, technical support, solution selling, product presentation, competitor activities analysis and site visit
• Be proactive to liaise, develop relationship and influence customer to maintain a long term relationship, ensure customer satisfaction at high level
• Responsible for tender estimation, preparation, and submission with relative parties
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
• Degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Service Engineering, or related discipline
• Relevant sales experience of 0-2 years, exposure in HVAC will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin are a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Independent and aggressive in meeting with targets and able to work under pressure
• Good problem-solving techniques, organizing and planning skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
